Cardamom Spiced Burfi Balls Cardamom Spiced Burfi Balls

These cardamom burfi balls are delicious aside a cup of chai. What's more they  take only 20 minutes to prepare and can be refrigerated and/or frozen so you don't overindulge, something that is easy to do once you've tried them!"

Ingredients

4C Shredded coconut
2C finely chopped pistachios
1 tsp cardamon
6 tbsp of tahini
1/4 C maple syrup
1 tsp salt 

Method

Combine all ingredients together and roll into small balls with wet hands. Coat with pistachios or coconut. Keep refrigerated for up to one week.
