Method: 

Iced

Briefly distill 3 tablespoons of the tea and 2 tablespoons of honey in 200ml of water. Let cool in the fridge into a concentrate then extend into a caraf with another 500ml of water. 

Hot

Briefly distill 1 tablespoon of the tea in a medium pot (450ml), adding 1/2 a tablespoon of honey. Strain into your favourite cup.
